Shipping FAQs

Transportation:
We are working hard to process your order as soon as possible! Please expect it to take 1 to 3 working days to complete the order processing! We do not ship on weekends. During holidays and other peak traffic periods, the processing and shipping times may be extended!
Please ensure that the receiving address has been correctly entered, as returned packages will require additional shipping fees. Packages that were shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and will not be re-shipped. For any stolen packages, Lumminova cannot provide service guarantees.
Domestic transportation in the United States: (Remote postal code addresses: Postal code's first 3 digits 006-009, 967-968, 995999 (006-009: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands; 967-968: Hawaii; 995-999: Alaska) are excluded) 
The package may take 5 to 9 working days to arrive after dispatch. However, products that require customized electroplating and color retention processing (such as those) do not fall under this time frame. 
The deadline for next-day and overnight express orders is 1 p.m. Eastern Time on the following day. Express orders do not support shipping on weekends. Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. on Friday to be shipped before the weekend. All express orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on the next working day.
International shipping: 
Due to the excessively high transportation costs, we currently do not offer international return service. 
If you are outside the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes. LUMMINOVA cannot control these charges. If you have any questions, please contact the customs department in your local area.
International orders conducted through DHL for e-commerce may take 4 weeks to arrive. Before inquiring about the status of your order, please wait for this period of time.
